Obama supports Gay Marriage!
President Barack Obama just became the first US president in history to voice support for marriage equality. In an interview today, he said “it is important for me personally to go ahead and affirm that I think same-sex couples should be able to get married”. The implications of this, both social and political, are huge for the US and the world.
But before the backlash, before opponents try to kill the momentum this creates, we need to thank him and celebrate this moment. I just signed a massive Thank You card, ready to be delivered straight to the White House. Will you join me?
